Regeneration Projects
Delivery and Evaluation:
Drawing from our own practical experiences of commissioning and delivering
projects, we have developed an evaluation process that is based on sound assessment
theories and best practice.
Our consultants regularly carry out mid-project and end of project evaluation with our clients being local
authorities and voluntary groups delivering projects funded through various streams.
We have a reputation for coming up with recommendations that are capable of strengthening on going projects,
providing options for improved service delivery and identifying new or additional funding sources.
Key benefits of our evaluation process include:
- creation of clear vision and organisational
focus
- successful management of change
- impact assessment and contingency preparation
Our consultants have practical experience of developing strategies
and delivering major regeneration projects and neighbourhood-based
initiatives including the SRB Challenge fund, the Neighbourhood
Renewal Fund and Jobcentre Plus funded projects. This involves all
aspects of project development and management, partnership development
and the involvement of local people.
We believe that partnerships between public, private, and voluntary
bodies and the local community are the key to successful regeneration
schemes and social inclusion initiatives. We are also committed
to ensuring that all sections of the community are engaged in the
regeneration process, particularly those that are frequently under-represented.
We provide support with:
- Conducting Neighbourhood Renewal Assessments
- Preparing funding bids
- Detailed delivery planning
- Setting up new neighbourhood partnerships
- Providing capacity building opportunities
- Developing targets and priorities in association
with the relevant partners, e.g. with health service providers
- Partnership working to ensure successful
implementation
